Brief service interruptions occurred today from 1:48pm to 2:07pm BST due to a problem with the primary database server, which necessitated a failover to the secondary server. Service has been fully restored, and we are actively monitoring for any potential future disruptions.

Our cloud team is collaborating with the AWS engineering team to identify the root cause of these issues. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
