The issue has been resolved and all users can now log in to Simpro Mobile again. The root cause was a malformed authentication configuration rolled out to the production environment. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue and will make changes to the process to prevent it in the future.
We are aware of a problem for some users logging into Simpro Mobile at the moment. We are investigating this with the highest priority and will post further updates when possible.
We are also aware of an unrelated issue with accessing the status page, which we have raised with the provider of the status page platform.
