Simtrac connectivity issue

The instance has been successfully migrated to a new host by our data centre provider and connectivity has been restored. We apologise for the issues today.

We are continuing to work on restoring the Simtrac service as quickly as possible. Our data centre provider is migrating the instance to a new host to try and rectify the issue. This may take up to another 2 hours to complete.

Our engineers are continuing to work on the underlying cause, which is related to maintenance in the data centre that was performed by our provider last night. The trackers installed in vehicles will be storing GPS coordinates during the outage and will automatically sync once connectivity is restored.
