The issue has been resolved and service has been restored. We are awaiting the root cause analysis from AWS and will share more information here when we can. We sincerely apologise for the issues today.

We are continuing to work with the AWS support engineers to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Updated

We are investigating intermittent slowness accessing Simpro again for US based customers. We are working on this with the highest priority.

Resolved

All systems have returned to normal operation with no further impact expected. Root cause will be communicated here within the next couple of days. Our cloud engineering team will work to mitigate the risk of a similar event in the future. We apologise for the inconvenience.
