Partial outage affecting small subset of customers

All systems have returned to normal operation with no further impact expected. Rackspace have confirmed the problem is resolved with their DNS service. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Problem Identified

The root cause is a DNS outage at our provider Rackspace. While it appears some affected users are able to access the services again, we are awaiting confirmation of the issue and its resolution from our provider.

Investigating

Our cloud engineering team is aware of an issue impacting a subset of users accessing various Simpro resources. The problem has been isolated to an issue with DNS which routes traffic on the internet to the relevant servers. We are working to resolve it with our DNS provider as soon as possible. Further updates will be provided here as they become available.
