All systems have returned to normal operation with no further impact expected. The root cause was an issue with the internal networking provided by our data centre in London. Our cloud engineering team will work to mitigate the risk of a similar event in the future. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Investigating

Our data center is currently experiencing an interruption to internal networking connectivity. The root cause is still being investigated by our upstream providers. Our cloud engineers are working with our data center to restore services as quickly as possible. Further updates will be provided here as they become available.
