The root cause of the interruptions has been determined to be an issue in an integration to a 3rd party system that has flooded our servers with requests blocking all other legitimate user traffic. We have temporarily disabled the integration while we rectify the problem. We do not anticipate any further interruptions at this point, however our cloud engineers will continue to closely monitor the systems to ensure continued accessibility.
