Connectivity issues for subset of customers

We have resolved the issue affecting a group of UK customers. One of our database servers suffered a fatal hardware failure. We apologise for the delay in getting the standby online. No further issues are anticipated.

Investigating

We are aware of connectivity issues with a subset of UK based customers. Our cloud engineers are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Further updates will be provided here as the issue is rectified.
