A number of users on specific ISPs have reported speeds have returned to normal. We’ll continue to monitor our systems however we’ll consider this resolved for now.
We are continuing to monitor what appears to be an ISP issue occurring within Australia. This is being reported by a number of our users, who have confirmed loss over certain ISPs, but no loss over others. simPRO’s systems continue to operate normally.
We are aware of some customers in Australia reporting slowness accessing simPRO this morning. Our investigations point to the issue being at the ISP/internet layer. simPRO systems are all operational. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide any further updates as they become available.
