Our data center provider has confirmed there was an outage with a major internet backhaul provider in Australia which affected most traffic coming in and out of the simPRO infrastructure and various other online systems across Australia. Once the outage was resolved our cloud engineers worked quickly to bring our individual systems back online. Our monitoring has not shown any further interruptions to service so this issue will be marked as resolved now. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
All connectivity for Australian and New Zealand based customers is now restored. We will continue to work with our data center provider on identifying the root cause and mitigating the risk of further issues.
