The simTRAC web platform will be unavailable on Saturday 16th May from 7:00pm AEST for approximately 1 hour. This period of scheduled downtime is for required updates to networking infrastructure.
During this maintenance window, browser access to simTRAC for all customers will be unavailable. Trackers installed in vehicles will continue to record GPS coordinates and events and will automatically upload to the cloud when connectivity is restored. No data will be lost during this time.
As soon as work is completed all connectivity will be restored.
