All connectivity was restored and our cloud engineers have been monitoring the servers to ensure everything has returned to normal.
A small subset of UK customers are currently experiencing connectivity issues. We have identified the problem and are working to resolve as soon as possible.
The simPRO platform will be unavailable on Saturday 16th May from 9:30pm BST for approximately 2 hours. This period of scheduled downtime is for required updates to networking infrastructure.
During this maintenance window, browser access to simPRO for UK customers will be unavailable. Syncing of data in Connect and simPRO Mobile will also be impacted.
As soon as work is completed all connectivity will be restored.
