simPRO Connectivity Issue

Resolved

A widespread DNS issue in public UK internet infrastructure resulted in some customers unable to access their simPRO environment. That has now been resolved and connectivity has been restored. Our cloud engineering team continues to monitor the situation and ensure our services are running appropriately.

Investigating

We are aware of some customers having issues accessing their simPRO environment in the UK at the moment. We are investigating the cause and will resolve as quickly as possible. Further updates will be posted to this status page.
