Subset of customers experiencing connectivity issues

There have been no further reports of connectivity issues since the previous update and our cloud engineering team have completely resolved the underlying issue. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused.

Monitoring

Connectivity has been restored to affected customers and our cloud team are actively monitoring the systems to ensure the continued availability of the system.

Investigating

A small group of AU/NZ customers may be currently experiencing issues connecting to their simPRO environment. Our cloud engineers are working with our upstream providers to remedy this as soon as possible. Updates will be posted here as more information is available.
