No further reports of connectivity issues have been reported or observed. We will be marking this as resolved.

Overvågning

All network connectivity in our upstream data provider is returning to normal and access is being restored to the affected simPRO environments. We are continuing to monitor the services and await further information from the provider as to the cause of the interruption. We will provide a further update when appropriate.

Undersøgelse

Our upstream data provider is currently experiencing degraded network connectivity that is affecting a small subset of simPRO Service/Enterprise customers in Australia. All of simPRO’s systems are operating normally but this connectivity interruption may mean some environments are not reachable. Our data center engineers and the data provider are working to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. We will continue to monitor closely and await further updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
