Our data center have notified us that the impacted networks have been fully restored and that this issue has now been resolved. We’ll continue to monitor in case of any further issues.
Network issues in the data center have now stabilised and simTRAC services should be back to normal. We are continuing to monitor whilst we wait for final confirmation from data center engineers of complete resolution.
We are currently experiencing a partial network outage in the simTRAC data center. Our network engineers are actively working with our upstream providers to restore connectivity as quickly as possible.
