We have now had confirmation that the network issue in our data centers has been resolved and we are not expecting any further interruptions from this issue.

If you are still having issues accessing your simPRO system or encounter any further issues please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

All of our data centers networks now appear to have stabilised and connectivity for clients should be back to normal. We are still awaiting updates from our data centers on full issue resolution.

We’d like to again apologise for the interruption to clients affected by this event.

A large portion of the network in Australia continues to be affected by an intermittent connectivity issue. However UK and US data centers appear to have stabilised and our data center team have reported that issues in those locations should now have been resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will update this status regularly as maintenance progresses.

Our data center is aware of a network issue affecting parts of the UK, AU and US networks and is working with associated providers to resolve - we are awaiting updates.

We will update this issue notification with details as they come to hand.

We have reports of a network outage in our US and UK data centers affecting some US customer simPRO builds. Our engineering team is working with the data center team to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
