This maintenance event has now been completed - ongoing monitoring of the affected network has shown no further issues.

Our Data Center have advised us that all emergency maintenance work has now been completed and that network services should be back to 100% operation.

The simPRO engineering team have also completed all recovery processes - access for all clients should be back to normal.

Problem Identified

Restoration of services is now about 80% complete as our engineering team carry out service recovery checks and processes. We expect to be 100% complete within the next 60 minutes.

We have just been notified by our Sydney DC that emergency network maintenance is being carried out currently due to some network equipment failure. During this maintenance some simPRO customers may experience issues accessing their simPRO system.
