We have now successfully completed the upgrade to the Report Builder and the service is now back in full operation.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused but are sure you’ll appreciate the upgrade.

Please contact our Support Team if you are still having issues accessing the Report Builder service.

Information

We are currently processing an upgrade to the Report Builder platform that is taking longer than expected.

To ensure the upgrade goes smoothly we’ve disabled Report Builder functionality to ensure that the upgrade can process without interruption. We currently expect the upgrade to take around 6 to 8 hours.

We’re sorry for this inconvenience but will update you as soon as the upgrade has completed and Report Builder access has been renabled.
