AU/NZ DNS Instability

Postmortem

Initial investigations showed some DNS instability within the public DNS servers that we use causing the issue. As such we have added an extra pool of alternative DNS servers to counter the errors we were seeing and this has resolved the access issues clients were reporting.

We’ll continue to monitor in case of any further errors.

Some clients have reported issues accessing their simPRO system this morning.

Initial investigations are showing errors from the public DNS servers. Our network team are working on a potential workaround to the errors we are seeing with these DNS servers.
