We will be migrating simTRAC servers to a new server environment this weekend (25-26 March), as part of our ongoing commitment to improving system performance and stability.

The maintenance window for this event is to run from 6pm Saturday 25 March through to 6pm Sunday 26 March AEST.

We’ve been carefully planning and testing this migration in advance. To ensure integrity of the move and upgrades, we’ll need to take the simTRAC system offline during this maintenance window. Tracker data during this maintenance window will continue to be logged on each tracker and will then be sent to simTRAC once the maintenance has been completed.

Full access and functionality should be restored by Sunday night at 6pm AEST.
